For online appointments we require payment made
of sessions (the latest on the day of the session).
Please note our firm late-cancellation policy: We charge full fee for less than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that Monday appointments need to be cancelled on the prior Friday, and at least 24 hours (business hours) notice given during holiday periods also. We prefer at least 3 business days advance notice if you must reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling can take considerable time and resource, thus we hope you will make every effort to keep your appointment times regular. If you are feeling unwell or are symptomatic on the day of your session, please let us know and you will be given the option for either Zoom or telephone consultation. Thank you for understanding.
