Office Agreement
Dr. Pray holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She is a New Zealand Registered Clinical Psychologist.
Client Rights
You are entitled to request information from Dr. Pray about the method of therapy, the techniques used, the duration of therapy, and the fee structure.
You may seek a second opinion from another mental health professional at any time. You may terminate therapy at any time.
Generally speaking, communications between a client and a psychologist are confidential and cannot be disclosed by Dr. Pray without your written permission. Exceptions are made if the client is perceived to be dangerous to self or others, or if there is reason to suspect abuse of a child or of a disabled or elderly person. Confidentiality does not apply in a criminal or delinquency proceeding. These situations have rarely occurred in my practice. If a similar situation occurs, Dr Pray will make every effort to fully discuss it with you before taking any action.
Fees
Fees are $230 inc GST per 50-minute consultation and $345 inc GST per 80-minute consultation, this applies to in-person and Telehealth consultations (Zoom, Skype, Telephone Consult, etc) as well as to psychological assessment services.
Payment in full is expected when services are rendered, and Eftpos is the preferred method for in-person consultations. Payment can also be made in cash or by online banking,
as long as it is made the same day
. If you are paying for someone else, (ie, a parent making payment for their child), please note it is preferred for payment to be made by eftpos if possible. If this is not possible, then online payment is expected on the day of the session, preferably the morning of the day of their session, including reference name or initials.
Please note that the full fee is charged for missed appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance as we are unable to fill slots at such short notice.
Please note that Monday appointments need to be cancelled on the prior Friday, and at least 24 hours (business hours) notice given during holiday periods also.

Ian “Bish” Bishop is a counsellor and a registered social worker. His practice is regulated by the Social Workers Registration Board.
Client Rights

You may seek a second opinion from another mental health professional at any time. You may terminate therapy at any time.
Ian is supervised by Dr Nicole Pray and therefore some of the details of your work together will be shared with Dr Pray in the course of their supervision sessions.
Generally speaking, communications between a client and a counsellor are confidential and cannot be disclosed without your permission. Exceptions are made if there are immediate concerns about danger to self or others, or if there is reason to suspect abuse of a child, disabled or elderly person. If such a situation occurs, Ian will make every effort to fully discuss it with you before taking any action.
